Deposit & Payment Policy

​

• Deposit: Due at the time of booking to secure your rental.

• Remaining Balance: Due 72 hours before delivery time. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

• Overtime Charges: If the rental period exceeds the booked time, charges will accrue in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate. These additional fees will be deducted from your deposit before refunding the remainder.

• Deposit Refund: If everything checks out after the final walk-around inspection, please allow 2-3 business days for your deposit to be refunded.

Setup & Other Requirements

• Setup Options:

  • Rental Company Setup: A setup fee applies if we set up the inflatable. See pricing details.

  • Client Setup: Clients may set up the inflatable themselves, but we will inspect the setup before allowing use to ensure safety.

• Surface Requirements:

  • The client is responsible for providing a clean, flat, and debris-free surface for setup.

  • The surface must be grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoor flooring.

  • Dirt, gravel, or muddy areas are NOT allowed for setup.

  • If the surface is unsuitable upon arrival, the rental may be canceled without a refund, or an additional fee may apply.

• Utility Requirements:

  • The Client must provide access to water and electricity for inflatables that require them.

  • The Client is responsible for providing proper water hoses, electrical extension cords, and any required connections for operation.​​

• Inspection & Deflation Process:

  • A joint inspection with the Client will be conducted both before and after the rental period to ensure the inflatable is in proper condition.

  • The Client must not deflate the inflatable until the rental company has completed the final inspection.

  • Once inspection is complete and everything checks out, the Client may deflate and pack the unit for pickup.

  • This must be done within the rental timeframe unless the company is responsible for setup and removal.

  • After the final inspection, the Client grants permission for the rental company to remain on the property for a reasonable amount of time to clean, dismantle, and pack the inflatable for removal.

Cleaning & Damage Policy

​

• Cleaning:

  • The inflatable must be returned in the same clean condition as received.

• If additional cleaning is required, you may:

  • Extend your rental in 30-minute increments to clean it yourself.

  • Alternatively, a cleaning fee of 25% of the deposit or $50 (whichever is less) will be applied.

• Water Park Cleaning & Drying Policy:

  • Customers will be given 30 minutes free after their rental time to drain and dry the water park.

  • If the water park is not fully dried, customers must wipe any remaining water residue within the given time.

  • Additional charges apply in 30-minute increments if drying is not completed within the additional free 30-minutes.

  • If the inflatable is clean but only water remains, the company will dry and wipe for a $20 fee.​

• Damage:

  • Any damage identified during the post-rental inspection will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. No repairs will be undertaken by the rental company.

Safety Rules & Client Responsibilities

​

• Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Footwear: No shoes inside the inflatable—socks only.

• Prohibited Items: No sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, candy, or similar items inside the inflatable.

• Behavior: No rough play, flips, climbing, or excessive weight that could cause damage.

• Weather Conditions: Do not use the inflatable in high winds, heavy rain, or extreme weather.

• Anchoring & Setup: Clients are responsible for ensuring the inflatable remains securely anchored at all times.

• Capacity Limit: Each inflatable has a weight and occupancy limit that must not be exceeded.

• Water Slide Safety Rules:

  • Water slides must only be used with proper water flow to avoid injury.

  • No jumping or diving into the slide.

  • Only one rider at a time per designated lane.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times for water-based inflatables.
